Active ingredients

White champaca flower contains volatile oil, the main component is methyl methyl butyrate, and it also contains linalool, cis-linalool, methyl isoeugenol, linalool, and methyl eugenol.

The main volatile components of White champaca leaves are linalool, methyl eugenol and phenethyl alcohol. Their non-volatile content is unknown.

Extraction processing method

White champaca flower extract and absolute oil can be prepared by solvent dipping method, White champaca leaf volatile oil can be prepared by steam distillation method, the yield is about 0.7%;

The oil yield of yellow champaca is about 0.5%. The extract can be extracted with water, sprinkling essence, etc. as a solvent, according to conventional methods, and then concentrated to dryness into a paste. For example, the dry white orchid is extracted with alcohol reflux, and the yield is about 30%.
