The alkaloids are adenosine, and the sugar compounds are mannitol, stachyose, raffinose, mannose, vermiculose, and rehmannia polysaccharide. The composition of Rehmannia glutinosa is similar to Rehmannia glutinosa, and catalpol is its main component.

Extraction processing method

Rehmannia glutinosa can be extracted with water, alcohol, etc. as a solvent, or by immersion at room temperature or by heating and refluxing, and finally, the extract is concentrated to dryness. Reflux extraction with 50% alcohol, the yield is 15%.
