Raspberry fruit is rich in phenolic acid compounds, such as gallic acid, gallic acid, raspberry acid, protocatechuic acid, caffeic acid, ferulic acid, and its derivatives; containing flavonoids;

Extraction processing method

Raspberry fruit can be extracted with water, sprinkling essence, 1,3-butanediol, etc. as solvents, and then extracted by conventional methods, and then the extract is concentrated to dryness.

For example, the dried raspberry fruit is immersed in alcohol at room temperature for 2 days, and the extraction yield is 4.7%.

Pharmacology

The methanol extract of raspberry leaves has a good inhibitory effect on Candida albicans, but has little effect on other common bacteria.

East China raspberry fruit extract has an inhibitory effect on Staphylococcus aureus, and the inhibitory MIC value against Legionella pneumophila is 400mg/kg.
