Active ingredients

Pueraria lobata isoflavones are the main active ingredients of the above three types of pueraria lobata, accounting for about 5% to 10% of the total amount of pueraria lobata;

Pueraria lobata isoflavones is the general name of flavonoids in pueraria, mainly including daidzein, daidzin, puerarin, formononetin and their glycosides; in addition, dimethyl coumarin, carotin and so on.

Extraction processing method

Pueraria lobata can be extracted with water, alcohol, etc. according to conventional methods, and the extract is concentrated to powder. For example, dried Thai Pueraria lobata root is extracted with water, the yield is 4.2%; the yield with 50% alcohol is 2.1%; the yield with alcohol is 1.2%.
