Patrinia Villosa has a complex composition, and the representative compounds mainly include permethrin, isopenterene, esculin, quercetin, scopoletin, oleanolic acid, 2α-hydroxyursic acid, ferulic acid, 3,4-two Hydroxybenzoic acid, β-sitosterol, β-carotene, etc.
Extraction processing method
The extract of Patrinia Villosa can be extracted with water, alcohol, etc. as a solvent in a conventional method, and then the extract is concentrated to dryness. For example, dried Huanghua Baijiang is extracted with 70% methanol under reflux, and the yield is 10.7%.
Pharmacology
Yellow flower Patrinia water extract has inhibitory effects on Staphylococcus aureus, Streptococcus, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Escherichia coli, etc., and has obvious effects on the former two.
